We are pleased to announce the 12th international symposium on multiscale, multifunctional & functionally graded materials (FGM 2012) to be held in Beijing (China) and hosted by University of Science and Technology Beijing, Tinghua University, Wuhan University of Technology.

Please feel free to pass on this announcement to colleagues who might not have received it and would be interested in participation.

The objective of the 12th international symposium on multiscale, multifunctional & functionally graded materials (FGM 2012) intends to provide opportunities for exchanging ideas and discussing state-of-the-art theories, techniques and applications in the fields of multiscale, multifunctional and functionally graded materials (FGM), through invited lectures, oral and poster presentations. Topics cover Manufacturing; Modeling, Design and Characterization; Energy systems and extreme environment applications, and so on.
